To get started, a fee of $10 is required. You will receive a proof within 4 days of placing your order, and an invoice with the total cost will be provided once you receive the proof. Once we receive the payment, we will complete your order within 4 to 7 days. Please allow an additional 3 days for shipping. 

We offer RUSH orders with additional charges if you need your order sooner.
